BAKED ZUCCHINI CHIPS

  • zucchini
  • essential olive oil
  • Mozzarella dairy product
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • garlic clove powder
Both paprika and garlic clove powder are optional spices, this Parmesan baked zucchini chips will taste amazing if seasoned with only pepper and salt.

Steps to make baked parmesan zucchini chips?

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Wash the zucchini, peel if you’d like (I favor unpeeled zucchini with this recipe).
  3. Cut zucchini into 5 mm thick models. Use a mandolin slicer or perhaps a sharp knife to chop them.
  4. Inside a bowl combine the salt, pepper, garlic clove powder, paprika and essential olive oil.
  5. Add some zucchini models and toss to evenly coat in seasoning.
  6. Prepare two cookie baking sheets.
  7. You are able to cover the baking sheets with parchment paper, aluminum foil or simply spray generously with cooking spray, so that they don’t stick. Line zucchini models on 2 baking sheets.
  8. Top zucchini with Mozzarella dairy product.
  9. Bake for 15-twenty minutes, until golden.
